Previous Experience:

1- from January 2009 to August 2013:

Working as a production engineer at Man Egypt factory for buses (Gorica

Group Company) at 10th of Ramadan city (total area 150 000 ms) to produce

MAN trademark buses & mini buses) with the following tasks:

- Mange the production process and distribute the tasks for labors.

- Receive the components with the required specifications & quality in

coordination with quality & handling departments.

- Set the production plan according to the demands & the production

facilities.

- Design & produce new tools for labors to increase productivity & quality.

- Ensure every final product finished with the client's demand in a high

quality.

- Suggest solutions of any problems at the work for the relevant

department.

- I also wrote the quality manual which check each bus produced.

- I also planned the new expansion and draw the new layout (in 3

dimensions).

1- from September 2013 to present:

Factory Manager at Alshaeria Furniture Factory at Arar city, KSA with the

following tasks:

- Cost calculations for all types of beds & projects.

- Meeting with suppliers & customers.

- putting the production plan and distributing the tasks to the workers.

- Purchasing all kinds of row materials, new machines and spare parts.

- Following & monitoring production operations and machines maintenance.

Machine.

the new automated machines.
