Habilitation Technician
As a Habilitation Technician maintains a professional relationship with the
patient at all times, assist the patient in a daily living activities. Some
of the activities include cleaning and chores on-site, bathing the patient,
escorting the patient to appointments, escorting the patient on daily
activities. Report progress and discuss plan modifications in daily
communication logs. Report on long and short-term goals/ objectives with
patient and guardians. Conducts and attend professional in-services and
participates in continuing education to maintain or enhance professional
skills. Deal and manage issues involving several variables with patients
that have behavioral or neurological related symptoms. Gather, collate and
classify information about data, patient or events, maintain a good rapport
