Support technical operations for 6 radio stations with over 200 end users.
Maintain 12 production servers; service and install new programs, and
accountable for over 30 specialized systems such as Radio Automation, live
media encoders, audio processors, control interfaces and more. Troubleshoot
and resolve any system or technical issues for seamless IT services.
Responsible for all SOX, security, and corporate standards compliance,
reporting, and testing.
