position and I believe my education, extensive training and 28 years of law enforcement

experience are appropriate for this position. I am currently employed by The Methodist

Hospital System at the Willowbrook Hospital as a Security Representative and have

enjoyed my experience there.

I graduated with an Associates of Arts and Sciences degree in Law Enforcement from

Shoreline Community in Shoreline, WA in 1975 and began my law enforcement career in

1979. I have extensive training and experience in criminal investigations, criminal

procedures, evidence processing and handling, fingerprint identification, Interviewing,

first level supervision, mid-level management, executive management, budgeting,

scheduling, critical incident management, team leadership, courtroom testimony, and

customer service.

In my 28 year career in law enforcement, I have held positions of Detective (5 years),

Corporal (10 years), Sergeant (5 years), and Chief of Police (2 years). Please see my
