cooperation with a multi disciplinary treatment team.
Document all clinical procedures.
Assist in maintaining the therapeutic environment of the by regularly interacting with
clients and maintaining discipline.

Complete baseline and follow up assessments within the protocol specified timeframes
Identifies participants who might be vulnerable for dropping out of the study and,
together with the study team, attempts to minimize enrollment of participants who
would be non compliant.
Conducts ratings and collects data in accordance with the study protocol in a standard,
systematic manner, checks data for accuracy and completeness coordinates activities
with research staff to ensure data is forwarded to the data center in a timely manner.
