fifteen years in a senior executive role. Consulting expertise in the areas of operations

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Quality Insights of Pennsylvania, a Quality
Improvement Organization specializing in clinical quality management
Recruited over 5,000 primary care physicians and successfully installed electronic health
records in each practice
Managed the development of ambulatory clinical quality measures for the Physician Quality
Reporting System
Co-Founded the Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative, a Regional Health Information Organization
Successfully negotiated, implemented and managed numerous government contracts
resulting in performance measures that ensured non-competitive contract renewals
Responsible for developing and managing to a $75 million dollar annual budget
Represented Quality Insights at the local, state and national levels including local medical
societies, state associations and the federal government
Extensive experience in all areas of compliance including but not limited to federal, state and
local regulations and have testified in front of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania House
and Senate on a host of compliance issues
Directed, managed and participated in a hospital system-wide cost reduction initiative
totaling over $21 million over a two year period
Led Pharmacy Team in a Clinical Resource Management initiative improving the delivery of
pharmacy services, reducing costs by over $1 million dollars
Led senior management of two system hospitals to restructure and integrate administration
and departmental operations at all levels
Presented numerous project status, conceptual design and final deliverables to corporate
officers, hospital senior management, physician leaders and hospital boards
Managed external consultants and senior management level cross-functional teams on
numerous projects including organizational restructuring, cost containment, cost reduction
and performance improvement initiatives
Advised senior management on numerous operational issues throughout all hospital
departments
Participated in the strategic planning process for 13 hospitals and 7 eldercare facilities
