Sana is a global mHealth project hosted by the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) at the MIT, fo cused on
innovating technology solutions to improve the access and quality of healthcare.
Collaborated with a group of physicians to design a clinical trial for an mHealth solution to manage chronic hypertension.
Developed and evaluated study protocol with the research team.
Assisted in curriculum development for HST 936 course on Global Health Informatics.
Clinical Research Assistant, The Oncogrid Study Oct 2013-May 2014

The Oncogrid Study is a clinical trial comparing effectiveness of an mHealth solution to current standard of care, to diagnose oral cancer.
Collaborated with the Principal Investigator to design and evaluate the study protocol.
Assisted PI to maintain research documents in accordance with IRB and GCP guidelines.
Participated in writing Manual of Operations for the trail.
Designed recruitment plan and timeline for study participants.
Assisted in reviewing CRFs to increase the effective collection and recording of the data.

The project was a part of Harvard President’s Challenge -2014, as well as HBS New Venture Competition: Student Social Enterprise Track.
The project focused on developing a sustainable business model for applying mHealth for the provision of evidence based primary
healthcare in resource-restrained settings.
