the construction of an extrusion plant to manufacture pipe, film

. Business plan for an offshore manufacture (Nov. 2014 - February
2015) - Developing a business plan to move a manufacturing
facility from S. America to Houston to supply product to

Bidim Mexichem, ($3 Billion HOLDING) Sao Paulo, Brazil (2013) -
Supervised and engineered the development of a new HDPE film and net
manufacturing facility with 4 new HDPE pressure pipe lines. Qualified
equipment suppliers. Developed business plan. Implementation in 2015.
Profile and blown extrusion
Jai Corp. Limited,( $250 million Holding) Mumbai, India (2012 - 2013)
- Arranged the complete development of a new manufacturing facility
for extrusion manufacturing. Created the business plan, RFQ, audit of
suppliers, and purchase of equipment. Industry standard price of 3.66
million Euros was reduced to 3 million Euros. In 2013 the plant was
built and began operation. Certification, training, and marketing plan
to be implemented in second half of 2013. Blown extrusion and recovery

Result: Reduced the capital cost by 18.6% and placed the operational
costs under $110 MT.
. Raven Industries - Engineered Films Division, Sioux Falls, SD (2012) -
Developed an international marketing plan to determine their ability
to export. The plan was based on exporting to Australia, Latin
America, and Canada. The plan included logistics, competition, market
sizes, and possible distribution networks in each area. New product
development for films. Flat and blown extrusion
. Parabel Inc, Melbourne, Florida (2011-2013). Oversaw the construction
of several pilot projects in China, SE Asia, and Latin America.
Trained and developed the procurement offices in Beijing on approval
processes for qualifying manufacturing suppliers. Approved and
qualified local contractors for developing large projects in each
region of the world the company is working in. Results: Changed the
procurement policies from China to using local sources and reducing
costs by 12.9%. Developed a fabrication system vs. on site
construction to reduce costs by 28%.
. GSE Lining Houston, Texas (2011). Provided consulting services on a
new company vision and direction. Developed a list of new products and
services with added value to create a chain of possible new products.

Operations Manager/GM Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Division of Rowad International, a holding company for
the Tasnee group in Saudi Arabia. Rowad is the
conversion holding for Tasnee petrochemical.
Returned company to profitability. Contracted for 14 months to turn a
2.5 year old company losing over $1.8 million a year and finish the
implementation of the plant. Trained and changed personnel as required,
created an international dealer network worth 40% of the revenue,
finished the production issues affecting the plant, qualified the
company to international standards, and developed a construction
company for the Saudi market. Results: Export sales grew by 75%,
national sales in Saudi increased by 28%, manufacturing went from 600
MT to 920 MT (optimal), and the company ended the year with a $128,000
profit. In 2014, they doubled their capacity. Assisted in the
implementation of a recovery unit for processing recycled polymer and
adjusted several injection molding lines for optimal production.

Developed the plants in Santiago and Lima, Peru (JV), implemented a JD
Edwards system, added new lines to add value to main product selection,
established new procurement system reducing costs by 5.8%, engineered the
plants to work with 18% less staff, placed a CRM system (Salesnet) to
manage sales growth and changed the inventory system to reduce operational
capital by 14%.

Established the company as a JV between Serrot Lining and Tehmcorp; a
Chilean holding company in the manufacture of HDPE/Rubber/PVC products.
This company was sold to a US competitor in 2005.
Operations Management results:
Constructed the plant and placed it into production, expanded the plant and
doubled capacity in 2003, certified the plant and lab, added a raw handling
system to reduce waste and product loss in 2003 (4.3% cost reduction),
implemented a Lean manufacturing system in 2004(increased safety/reduced
costs by 2.9%), implemented SAP in 2005, supervised the
plant/procurement/sales/financial controls.

US based manufacturer with multiple manufacturing sites.
Primary products were geomembrane, non-woven textiles, TPO
roofing membrane, and netting for drainage.
Defined and developed the territory of Central and South America from $1.6
million in revenue to $9.1 million. Results: Creation of SL Limitada in
Chile providing Serrot International with its' first international
operation. Sale of the two divisions that added over $2.8 million in profit
to the sale of Serrot International.
