• Currently I am connected to one of the consultancy as a freelance recruiter,

Recently I worked as a MIS Executive. It’s Software Company. This company work
for IBM, Tech Mahindra, TCS, etc. I was working in HR Department. I have to maintain Joining
Report, Attrition Report, and Head Count Report on daily basis. I had to provide any reports to
HR and Mangers. I need to send daily performance report of recruiters to Branch Head. For this I
had to keep updated data. I had to co-ordinate with other branch to keep data of Employees like
Salary, Joining date, Relieving date, Employee ID, Address, Client, etc. Along with this I have to
take care of Joining formalities and exit formalities. I need to co-ordinate with new joining for
their on boarding to their location. I have to prepare on boarding letters. I also need to take care of
all electricity bills, courier bills of office. I was also working for Back Ground Verification
process. In this I had to do educational and company verification. For this I had to do field visit to
the location of candidate’s company or college/university. Then I need to send verified forms and
feedbacks to the main branch.

Job Profile:-
I have worked at SLK as an Associate Team Member. This is a US based
company. I was working in ‘Title Services’ as well as in ‘Mortgage Services’. And both sections
are related to the ‘Title Insurance Company’. In Title Services, I had to fill form from images. I
need to identify type of document. And I need to fill document types, grantor & grantees name,
etc. I used to handle two projects at a time. Mortgage Services is also related to the Title Insurance
Company. But is refers to one type of document of Title, which is ‘Mortgage’. I have worked in
Re-Conveyance process of Mortgage Services. This is a Pilot Process. In which I had to make
entries of different states of US. Every state has his different Rules to do entries. Along with this I
had to download data from ftp server and then I need to distribute all the orders to everyone.
