products, Celeste Pizza, along with Mrs. Paul's and Van de Kamp's fish
products.
Operations Manager, Aunt Jemima Department
Provided strategic leadership to four (4) exempt supervisors and three (3)
non-exempt lead employees along with P&L accountability for the
department's $41 million budget as well as overall Safety, Quality,
Delivery and Cost metrics across three (3) shifts of 165 employees in a 24
hour, 6 day/week operation.
. Member of the Jackson plant Senior Leadership team and responsible for
the largest department in the facility
. Key stakeholder in requisition and allocation of capital funds for the

Was a manufacturer of vinyl and aluminum residential windows and doors; the
company ceased all window operations in November 2008.
Vinyl/Aluminum Operations Manager, Eastern Window Division
Provided leadership to vinyl & aluminum department employees in the
transformation to a lean manufacturing organization. Also developed and
managed monthly department budget, enhanced supervisory staff skill levels,
scheduled field service work, communicated with customer base on service
issues, established standard work procedures, implemented 5S & audited
procedure and implemented "kan ban" inventory management procedures.
. Designed and implemented final inspection quality stamp procedure;
reduced field complaints for incorrect glass issues from 35 in July
2006 to four (4) in first 6 months of tenure.
