TITLE: COAL FEED CONTROL USING EMBEDDED CONTROLLER

CLIENT: CHETTINAD CEMENT FACTORY, Karur.

DESCRIPTION: To control the coal feed rate in cement industries based on temperature and

presence of oxygen in coal.PIC 18F which has in build ADC and USART is used. Embedded

controller facilitates the efficient usage of coal and reduces coal wastage.

MAIN OBJECTIVE: To replace the existing PID controller with Embedded controller which is

easy to program, compact in size and less cost.

TECHNOLOGIES USED: Embedded C, MP Lab, IDE(Integrated Development

Environment(IDE), Proteus Software.

MINI PROJECT

TITLE: MICROPHONE USING GRAPHITE AS TRANSDUCER

DESCRIPTION: Graphite acts as a transducer, converts non electrical voice signal in to electrical

signal and amplifies it and reproduces the voice signal in the receiver end.
