I am responsible for my location in receiving as a site manager. Here I make sure freight is unloaded properly with the right equipment. Freight gets broken down and counted for the warehouse as well as properly labeled. I am responsible for billing the vendors of the various freights we unload with comp checks and cash. We use stand-up forklifts and electrical scooters to handle the freight. Everything is done with receipts and keyed into the excel program for corporate to look at as I do daily reports of activity and income.

I was a Sandwich Artist at Subway for a year. My responsibilities as a key holder for the business was to be on time every day to open the doors for work. We did preparations in the back which ranged from cutting vegetables to making soups, and preparing coffee, bread, cookies and meats. When the doors opened for business we made sure customers were helped with their sandwich orders.

As a Host/Server for Kula I was responsible for welcoming and sitting the guest down. I made sure their beverage and food orders were taken and brought out without any delays. I made sure the whole restaurant was running smoothly by cleaning up after guest that had left to sit the next party. Customer service was very important to me as well as the quality of food we provided.

EDUCATION MT. SAC/ WEST COVINA HIGH SCHOOL

3.0 GPA and above throughout my four years in West Covina High. I was an athlete involved in basketball and football.

Continued my education at MT. Sac where I will receive my associates in business management.

COMMUNICATION I have great communication with all of my peers. As I handle the work schedule for the week I have to be in constant communication with my associates whether it be via cell phone or email. I have so much customer service experience that talking to people becomes natural and easy.
