Inspect of Material such as Plate, Pipe and associated and Check to Mill

Certificate (Type, Head Number, Mechanical Properties, Chemical

Composition, Size), Dimensional, Straightness, Pitted and etc. Issue

Material Receiving Report and Approval to Client. Witness during

Cutting material base on Cutting Plan drawing. Monitoring Fabrication

following AFC, Shop Drawing and Weld Map. Review Contractor Procedure

such as : Material Handling, Fabrication, NDT Procedure, Document
