L&T Integrated Engineering Services is a strategic business unit of Larsen & Toubro Limited - an $8 billion engineering &

construction conglomerate. L&T IES provides engineering design services to automotive, heavy machinery industry & industrial

products.

• Developing and redesigning large marine engine migrated data with the help of drawings and other standard’s provided by

customer using Teamcenter

• Assessment engineering assembly designs, drawings, assemblies and other related engineering documents to identify

potential problems and proactively implement solutions

• Creating 2D drawings, 3D models of engine components, weld assemblies, machined parts, as per client requirements

• Used UG-NX to build 3D parametric models with reference to non-parametric models for assemblies, BOM generation

Design and Development of Latent Heat of Thermal Energy Storage Device

• Behavior of latent heat energy storage system of tube in tube heat exchanger during charging and dis-charging has been analyzed.

• The latent heat storage system using phase change material (Paraffin) is an effective way of storing thermal energy. This technology is

very beneficial for human and as well as for energy conversion.

• The thermal storage application used as part of solar engineering, cooling application for heating and space craft thermal application.

Conversion of B Class Surface to A Class Surface of Bumpers

• For obtaining Class A Surface of Bumper from B class surface, CATIA is used to model very high quality surface of bumper.
