As the assistant planner for the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians I facilitate in the management and running
of the Tribal Public Works, Planning, and Administration Departments; as well served as SPOC to the General Public.
Daily managed 20 to 25 employees: 10-12 in Construction, 6-8 in Roads and Maintenance, 2-3 Environmental, 2-3 water
department, 2-3 in Planning Department, and 1-2 in Administration. I also led certain programs and launched new ideas;
including, securing over 200K in grant funding, as well as, leveraging partners for new programs, and reducing overhead
through new contracts.
