Dear Hiring Manager:
I have had the opportunity for the last 2 years to work side by side with Casey Bulyca as my Operations
Manager here at Delta Disposals. In which time I have watched him hone his management skills and truly lead
the operation. Casey has been the driving force behind some of the best incident/accident rate numbers we have
had in years, taking us from a high 20 to a low 4. He has effectively created and managed budgets as well as
forecasted accurately month over month. He has developed a core of highly effective and well trained drivers
who are empowered to do their jobs and take responsibility for their actions. As operations manager at Delta
Casey has helped our company grow 8% EBITDA in the last 2 years by effectively managing expenses and
helping increase revenue. He has helped capture several large accounts working with our outside sales reps and
been able to continually provide superb service for our customers causing us to take the lead as the largest
player in the market over taking Waste Management.
Casey has proven to be a solid leader as well as a valuable member of my management team. He has
demonstrated a unique infectious determination for success and shown passion in dealing with all customers,
employees, vendors and members of the community. Casey is the complete package I would recommend him
for any mid to high level management position as he would be an excellent addition to any management team.
I you have any questions or would like to discuss Casey’s qualification further please do not hesitate to contact
me at my office 318-***-****, cell 318-***-**** or email ******@****.***

Dear Hiring Manger:
I was fortunate to meet and hire Casey Bulyca as an Operations Supervisor at Novak Sanitary Service, which is
a Waste Connections company in Sioux Falls, SD. Right away, I knew Casey was special. The same drive and
dedication he had on the football field, was brought to the business world. Casey was instrumental in
reducing Incident and accident rates from a high of 44 to a low of 4.7. Casey was part of a management team
that cut turnover from a high of 45% to a low of 25%. Also, Casey was charged with the direct responsibility of
Managing the Commercial side of the Novak business. Under Casey’s control, the commercial revenue
increased by $350K and Roll-Off Revenue increased by $250K.
Casey has the unique ability to lead by example but yet display a can-do, team spirit which involves everyone
around him. Casey has all the traits needed to be successful in any job he chooses; I would recommend Casey
for any mid to high level Management position.
If you would like to further discuss Casey’s abilities please feel free to contact me by cell at 605-***-**** or
email at *******.********@******.***
