WORK EXPERIENCE:

PCB Prototype Assembler: Schlumberger, Sugar Land, TX 05/2013 – currently, 2014

- QC, verifying, and placing parts on PCB at SMT line based on BOM, DWG and approve eWaiver.

- Manually soldering TH and completed assembly based on its PCB procedure, DWG, and eWaiver.

- Reworking PCB per customer requested using high temp and/or low temp.

- Building cable harness.

Electronic assembler: Systronix, Sugar land,TX 2011 – 2013

- Built boards based on drawing

- Soldered SMT, gold, and THT high temp

- Reworked PCB based on customer request

Electronic assembler: Labarge Co., Stafford, TX 2010 – 2011

- Assembled the PCB of down hole tool equipments

- Prepped parts and soldered wire components together

- PCB THT, SMT Prep and hand soldered with low and high temperature, Schlumberger’s boards.

- Completed training of IPC-610 standard at Schlumberger Inc.

Electronic assembler: Sercel In., Houston, TX 2009 – 2010

- Assembled the Geophone PCB and Seimic cable/wires

- Prepped Cable/wires and hand soldering.

- Assembled connector, tinning, and soldering

- Verified and inspected the final product

Electronic assembler: Suntron Co., Sugar Land, TX 2008 - 2009

- Assembled the PCB and cable of Compaq and Dell computer

- Read BOM and verify the PCB and wires components

- PCB, through hole and surface mount components prep and hand soldering

- Prepped cable, wires tinning, and hand soldering

- Militaries PCB and cable assembly per specification of IPC-620

- PCB components preparation and hand soldering

- Cable/wires prep, dimensions, striping, pin crimping

2011 Certified IPC-610 at Systronix
