. Responds to shipment questions providing prompt and precise resolution to

written, electronic, and telephone inquiries, while ensuring first

contact resolution is achieved

. Maintain positive friendly working relationships with all customers,

meeting delivery window time frames and dependable and reliable

expectations

. Interacts with numerous operational areas throughout the company to

ensure customer products are properly for partners whose needs demand

agility and persistence

. Properly fills out driver logs and daily paperwork and mail paperwork to

the main office daily

. Maintains and improves company relationships with customers by providing

prompt product shipment, upholding a positive attitude and ensuring all

product delivers are received in a proper manner

. Reads, interprets and applies laws, rules, regulations policies and

procedures to perform job functions

. Hold responsibility for planning and executing delivery activities,

preparing delivery loads, following planned delivery routes, and

assisting with merchandise installations or returns, unloading,

installing, and checking appliances and storing equipment

. Performs complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in

accordance with company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels,

safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order

. Safely operates truck along designated route, reads route sheet, follow

map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as

assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor

. Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a

daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely manner

. Identifies unsatisfactory product packages in accordance with applicable

departmental procedures

. Follows all required safety policies and procedures

. Provides expert advice to inexperienced employees
