Developed a quality control "plan of action" and trained plant leaders and

personnel on chemical levels of acceptance and monitored product

effectiveness and elimination of redo's costing productive time, money, and

emergencies 24/7 to ensure balance was maintained. Impact: Sales were

increased by 139% or $273K and margins increased by 40% or $160K. Quality

processing policies, rules and regulations by major credit card companies

such as Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, etc. for TSYS and other banking

financial institutions for compliance issues to be met. Trained and
