To Whom It May Concern,
I am looking for an administrative assistant job.
For nine years I have run my own business teaching a full load of private piano lessons for up to 48
students at a time. My client focused attitude has resulted in all my students coming through
personal referrals. On a daily basis I run my own office which involves scheduling appointments,
expense reports, writing policies, public speaking and other office skills. I have demonstrated
organizational abilities and creativity by writing my own curriculum for music theory using games
to increase their knowledge.
Since November 2014, I have also worked in a contract part time Senior Secretary position at
Amway in the IT Development and Deployment department. This has involved managing
calendars, on boarding contractors/staff, maintaining SharePoint content, expense reports, assisting
with computer related problems and monitoring office supplies and snacks.
I believe my self employment over the past nine years combined with my recent corporate
experience will make me a good candidate for this administrative assistant position.
Thank you for considering me for employment. I look forward to hearing back from you. My
preferred method of contact is by e mail: *********@*****.*** or phone: 616-***-****.
Sincerely,
Jessica Kooiman
