Control Account Manager (CAM) & Contract Administrative Representative (CAR) for the

Support the site safety culture by performing all duties in accordance with Occupational Safety

and Health Administration (OSHA) safety responsibilities and regulations.

Facilitate the planning, developing, coordinating, and directing large projects with many complex

features, including expediting the resolution and coordination of refractory outages with managers,

engineers, and technicians.

Coordinate customer interface in terms of scope of work, feasibility, performance schedules,

objectives, and accomplishments related to outages and plant maintenance.

Estimate personnel needs and scheduling, assigning work to meet completion date.

Assist in the coordination of plant and major system outages, including coordinating specific

activities within the outage.

Analyzes project scope to ensure proper documentation and maintenance of budget, performance

factors, and estimates at completion within the Department of Defense (DoD) compliant Earned

Value Management System (EVMS). Compares actual cost of work performed, calculated earned

value, and budgeted cost of work scheduled; identifying any deviations relating to forecasts, rates,

budgets and performance schedules.

Plans and maintains budget and schedule by project and fiscal year. Authorizes budget

expenditures for material and purchased services.

Represents the organization in meetings/conferences which are conducted to resolve important

questions and to plan/coordinate work as required.

Complete assigned tasks relating to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy

matters including, collaborating with supervisors and employees concerning unusual problems and

developments.

Responsible for ensuring all schedules are effectively communicated and strategic solutions to

non-routine or complex requirements/milestones are developed and implemented.

Responsible for producing, reviewing and authorizing all Purchase Request’s pertaining to site

materials, stock levels, services and contracts.

Assisted in establishing and maintaining the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) certification
