Hiring Manager,

I have 10 years of experience in Bus Shuttle Security, also 16 years

of experience in Customer Service in many different positions at O'Hare

airport, and dealt with many passengers of different ethnic backgrounds,

and use my communication skills for them to understand me, and my

perception skills, to tell if they are concerned about something, and my

ability to problem-solve to come up with a solution.

I also have 20 years of medical experience, which I gained by working

as a Certified Nurses Aide at 2 nursing homes, 1 hospital, and a Rehab

Unit, over my many years of experience I have dealt with acute, chronic,

terminally ill, and end of life patients, also hospice. I also have the

ability to handle combative patients, I loved helping people and when they

would go home I felt I played a small role in their progress.
