Duties & Responsibilities
Zero injuries a realistic goal.
Analyzes hazards and develops ergonomic risk assessments for both public and nonpublic areas.
Conduct training sessions for Charge hands and workers on health and safety practice and legislations.
Develops and implements on site safety, environment, and emergency management programs designed to
respond to individual situations and to improve overall safety conditions on campus.
Monitors and inspects site fire, safety, and environmental equipment and facilities for serviceability and
compliance with established regulations, policies, and standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits.
Manage the HSE controllers and coordinate their audit schedule.
Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action,
required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
Investigate the root cause of HSE complaints put forward by staff members, customers, clients
and contractors and report the result to the QHSE manager. Follows up to ensure that corrective
actions are implemented where necessary and ensures that any certification requirements are
complied with.

Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during

Ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions for
theatre operations.
Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations
related to HSE performance.

Completed Bachelor Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering).
Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
Completed NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) (UK).
Completed IOSH (Managing Safely) course (UK).

30 Hrs. Industrial Safety & Health from OSHA (USA).
Basic CPR and First Aid from Medic First Aid International (USA).
