in the food service industry has adapted to the ever changing market and
grows with each new venture that I encounter. I have many years of
experience with all facets of the industry including development, design
and construction of projects (bakery, QSR, casual) and all vendor-related
needs (equipment, interior design, purveyors, purchasing/supply chain
management).
As Regional Vice President of Business Development for Italian Rose
Gourmet Products, Inc., a 100MM full service Foodservice/Retail maker of
salsas, sauces, condiments and marinades, my main concentration is focused
on the Southeast US and Export for both Foodservice and Retail channels.
Previously, as the SE US Regional Sales Manager for David's Cookies-a
150MM full service Foodservice/Retail Bakery, I handled 8 states in all
capacities within Foodservice. I created and managed all Marketing
Programs, Broker networks, conduct all sales/Training meetings and attend
all Food shows. I developed and managed LLO programs with customers, both
national and regional accounts alike. As an OSS/ARTM Development Manager-
