BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Jun 2013-Feb 2015)

Spearheaded business development initiatives throughout the Southern Geo

Region (Texas to Florida). Generated revenue and developed strategic

partnerships by developing new and maintaining existing relationships with

top-level management. Managed complex contract negotiation, created and

presented proposals to key client stakeholders. Developed cost analyses,

prepared performance reports and performed onsite chemical tests as needed

to secure the contract.

. Reduced foamer combination usage by 36% by lowering all injections to

4 gallons per day and monitoring the production on each well

. Lowered the yearly chemical spend by 29% by completely stopping all

paraffin treatments to see which wells actually need the paraffin

treatments

. Evaluated and developed a comprehensive corrosion/scale protocol for a

new account of 48 wells resulting in increased well efficiency of 5%

. Designed and implemented a new foamer/corrosion/scale program which

cut costs by 7% and

FIELD ENGINEER (Jan 2008 -Jan 2012)

Managed team of field technicians and an account manager responsible for

maintaining the largest account in East Texas. Worked with the local

technical teams to find a solution with problematic wells. Designed

chemical programs and financials that were suited specifically for each

customer.

. Participated in a Total System Analysis for 113 wells and devised a

treatment plan which corrected the customers Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide

corrosion and barium sulfate scaling issues

. Simplified chemical injection systems at the well head resulting in

savings of 6% by lowering installation and maintenance costs

. Promoted to a management position in less than 2 years

. Developed a foamer combination for unloading condensate loaded wells;

this product is commonly sold in the East Texas and North Louisiana
