OBJECTIVE
To attain a job in the field of Business management. I would like to start as a regular employee then
become a part of your management training program to become a manager.
EDUCATION
Graduated from Romeo High School in May 2009. Attended Ferris State University since August of
2009.
Switched my major from Allied Health to College of Business my third year. I have finished all of my
classes for a Business Management Degree and am currently completing an Internship. I graduate with
my Bachelor’s Degree on May 9, 2015. My major is Music Industry Management but I have taken all the
courses required for a Business degree, therefore I could work in any business setting.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Worked at Lenny’s Submarine Shop in Warren, MI the summers of 2009, 2010 and again in 2013.
Prepared custom sandwiches per each patron request and handled the cash register.
Worked at Hungry Howies’s in Sterling Heights, MI the summers of 2011 and 2012. Delivered pizzas as
well as made bread, pizza and did the cleanup duties and closing of the store at night.
My first Internship was at the Macomb Center for Performing Arts in Clinton Township, MI. I worked
directly for the Operations Coordinator from August 2014 through November 2014. I managed and
trained the volunteer ushers. I organized seating prior to the shows and handled customer requests and
complaints. I observed many of the people who worked behind the scenes of a music production.
My second Internship is working for a Marketing Director of “On the Rocks Detroit” in Birmingham, MI.
I’ve been helping with offering publicity and creative planning for corporate functions. I’ve also
observed the talent booking of musicians and handling of vendors for events. I’ve done a lot of computer
work for the mailings of the upcoming Detroit Music Awards.
SKILLS
I have worked behind the scenes as well as with the general public in the field of Business Management.
All of my jobs and internships have helped me become a good listener and to respond to the needs of the
business that I work for. I’ve developed sales and communicating skills.
