Directed vendor personnel in implementing the Electronic Medical Record (MISYS), creating and

implementing templates to capture datapoints for future reporting. Worked closely with Champion

Physician and Physician Advisory Board to define these datapoints, and to create the Policy and Procedure

Manual and Security Policy. Responsible for training physicians and staff, as well as for file build and

implementation of live site. Oversaw physician-advised effort to create guidelines for treatment of the most

common diseases. Helped to create the HCFA-oriented paper template now used throughout the network.
