JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
• Deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth functioning of the
restaurant.
• Schedule weekly staff duty shifts and allot daily duties to subordinate staff.
• Conduct daily briefing, inspect mis-en-place and mis-en-scene, ensure the restaurant is free from
hazards and inspect table layout .
