Responsibilities & Highlights:
> Review and prepare charts for RAC audits for 7 buildings. Train and
monitor 14 MDS coordinators for accuracy and correct billing information.
Implement and monitor weekly Medicare meeting with IDT .Review records
for record reviews, teach and train MDS staff on coding MDS to maximize
RUG utilization. Review MDS for accuracy and assist with monthly billing
