Project Communication Management

customer, aimed at reporting progress on project delivery and obtaining

necessary feedback from the customer.

Quarterly Reviews : Plan Key Customer Progress Review (KCPR) on a quarterly

basis to the presented to EMEA regional and cluster leaders.

Project Contract & Risk Mgt/Project Finance Support

Provisional Acceptance Certificate: Develop final acceptance documents

aimed at invoicing the customer on jobs successful installed and commisioned

by Alcatel-lucent project team.

Cash collection: Evoke contractual payment terms and prepare documents

accordingly to Invoice the customer on successful deployment.

Invoicing : Dispatch invoice to the customer based on agreed contract terms

with the customer.

Risk Management : Support PM in developing the risk management file,

track/manage its severity and impact on the project.

Project Governance & Quality Management

Development/Update of Project Management Plan

Quality Management System support: Support the Customer Project Quality

manager to enforce compliance, perform project audit, obtain lessons learned

and promote best practices.

Resource Management & Training and Development

Resource Information Management: Obtain Project Resource plan from PM to

update Lawson PSA Tool to enable resource to report activities and time spent

on customer projects ; this is monitored on a monthly basis.

Plan end to end customer training and ensure proper delivery in a conducive

environment.
