WORK EXPERIENCE
I worked as a Human Resource Assistant (reliever post) at Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc,
Makati City, from July 21, 2011 to October 7, 2011, and gained worthwhile experience in short -
listing pre-qualified applicants based on company’s determined qualifications, interviewing and
endorsing them to requesting departments within the company. I also had a chance to assist the
coordination of team building sessions of the company.
From December 2011 to December 2014, I was with Store Specialists Incorporated (under Rustan
Group of Companies), Makati City as Senior Training Assistant (promoted). I handled training
logistics primarily for executive positions. Most of the seminars include improving leadership and
coaching styles, handling customer complaints and problem and decision making. Also, I had the
chance to train newly hired employees for deployment in store operations, within Metro Manila.
I passed the Philippine Civil Service Eligibility for Professional Level given last October 2011.
