Career Summary

I am a highly energetic, self-motivated individual with an outstanding capacity to

learn and produce within any position I enter. My uncompromising work ethic

enables me to succeed no matter how difficult or unfamiliar a task may be.

Presently I work for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. I have developed the most

efficient procedures for generator alignments inside of the Mitsubishi 1000A wind

turbine generator fleet, leading crews to complete the largest, serial, heavy parts

exchange ever recorded inside of our companies’ history. Inside of the previous 36

months I successfully returned to service over 400 wind turbines on seven different

sites, from start to finish. This includes the gearbox exchange and generator

alignment as well as completing the termination of all disassembled electrical and

hydraulic systems necessary for exchange. Currently I am a Lead Technician of

heavy operations at San Juan Mesa whose responsibilities include directing

different crews to perform various tasks while overseeing preventative maintenance

and being directly involved in troubleshooting. Over the past 12 months I have had

the opportunity to lead troubleshooting operations on our site which has created

excellent skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting practices. I also support

the production of the other crews in the field. We work as a team, a very close,

professional team made up of individuals who desire the same things, high volume

and quality production with an excellent standard for safety. We have an

outstanding safety record and an in depth understanding of the LOTO programs

commonly associated with the energy industries. I believe in the future of energy

and I understand that with hard work and strong safety cultures being developed in

the field, for the field, we can achieve greater efficiency and production for

generations to come.
