- Oversee leasing and marketing responsibilities within portfolio, including oversight of third party listing companies. Directly responsible for leasing process from letter of intent through final lease execution and tenant construction oversight. Responsible for understanding local market conditions (competition, supply pipeline, demand drivers, major tenants, market absorption, etc.) for managed assets.
- Coordinate with leasing team to ensure all leases are financially structured to maximize profitability relative to underwriting, proforma, budget, and market conditions. Complete prospective tenant due diligence including the comprehensive review of tenant financial statements (P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and credit reports).
- Extensive experience with major capital expenditures, including creating, bidding, project management, reporting, processing draws/progress payments, and closing/lien release.
- Integral member of acquisition and disposition team conducting due diligence, lease abstracting, financial modeling, contract review, and commenting on all key documents.
