Operations Manager (2004 to October 2014
• Directed all daily operations of the company including supervision of 25 highly trained full / part -time employees. Managed all
sales order processing, purchasing transactions, A/P, A/R and invoicing using (QuickBooks Pro).
• Marketed the Aero-k® product line consisting of fully integrated fire suppression / detection systems designed to protect high
value assets including large server storage racks, computer rooms, telecommunications and big data centers.
• Facilitated successful working relationships with vendors, construction and technology companies; prepare quotations for
Commercial & Government clients, oversees two GSA contracts including administration, negotiation & compliance.
Production Manager (1994 to 2004)
Promoted to head the Production Department and supervise 12 employees in production operation involved in recycling disk pack s,
computer tape drives and diskettes in a clean lab environment. Set up new workstations and maintained all duplicators and certifiers;
oversaw daily troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime. Ensured Quality Control.
• Instrumental in maximizing cost / labor efficiency in all production areas to increase productivity and prioritize workflow.
