OBJECTIVE: A senior executive position utilizing my general management,

SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Directed over a 3 year period, the Growth of a Wisconsin Resin Coated
Oilfield Proppant company from post start-up status to recognition as one
of the top tier companies in the Industry. Executed a marketing strategy
developing products into the merging oil/gas shale plays. Attained long
term supply agreements with major Service companies, resulting in the
construction of 4 resin coating units to meet the demand.
Results: Managed sales revenue improvement from $24Million to $140Million,
annually.
Led the turnaround of a struggling Industrial Minerals business. Directed
the upgrading of the organization through a combination of engineering
expansion, strategic sales management, and organizational improvement.
Negotiated a 5 year contract, with a major oil service company, to supply
500 thousand tons annually, at a value of $25 million. Results: Supervised
annual EBITDA improvement from $17Million to $32Million
Oversaw the overhaul of an aged stone quarry and lime facility in the
Toronto, Canada area. Managed a $25 million expansion program to improve
the output and efficiency of the quarry and lime plant, including the
replacement of the Quarry primary, secondary, and mobile equipment plants.
Results: Directed annual production growth to 6million tpa

. Led the development of a $175 Million Proppants business with frac-sand
mines, and plants in Wisconsin and Texas. Start-up of the frac sand/RCS
facility in the Permian basin capable of supplying the Oilfield on a JIT
basis, targeted for late 2015. Projected annual revenue of $300 Million
and EBITDA of $80Million. Developed the financial analysis and prospectus
of the project for Investment Funding.
