"Atlas Park" site-Working Foreman duties consist of all phases of carpentry, plumbing and masonry

repairs to all buildings and grounds. Other duties include replacing steam traps, motorized valves,

regulators, elements in radiators and photocells, minor electrical, roof repairs and repacking valves.

Also, working on Sprinkler and Standpipe Systems.

Worked with plumber in all phases of plumbing and heating including running waste, water and

vent lines, installed bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Changed residential boilers, piped in coils on

HVAC systems. Assisted with all phases of jobbing such as changing faucets and other minor

repairs. Bathroom and kitchen renovation which included, framing for bathtubs, cabinetry,

tiling and minor electrical repair.
