1.GESTURE CONTROLLED WHEEL CHAIR
This project is to develop a wheel chair control which is useful to the physically disabled
person with his hand movement or his hand gesture recognition using MEMS technology.
Depending on the direction of MEMS, micro controller controls the wheel chair direction like Left,
Right, Front, and Back.
2.ULTRASONIC SPECTACLES and WAIST-BELT for VISUALLY IMPAIRED and BLIND
PERSON
It's an electronic navigation system for visually impaired and blind people. System
understands obstacles around the subject up to 500 cm in front, left, and right direction using a
network of ultrasonic sensors. It effectively calculates distance of the detected object from the
subject and prepares navigation path accordingly avoiding obstacles.
3. HEART RATE MONITORING SYSTEM
Designed and developed a device which helps to indicate the soundness of the human
cardiovascular system. This device demonstrates a technique to measure the heart rate by sensing
the change in blood volume in a finger artery while the heart is pumping the blood.
