Strategic Advisors is a real estate and business consulting firm. Major

consulting assignments:

. Served as interim president / administrator for large (20,000

patients) South Texas medical practice between April 2011 and June

2012. Developed and executed strategic plan to restructure the

company's balance sheet, support staff work-flow assignments and

service provider teams resulting in a 25% increase in

profitability, 50% reduction of liabilities and a 30% reduction in

waiting times.

. Advised leading global unmanned aircraft ("UVA") and aerial

photography ("AP") technology platform on business management

systems, internal controls, corporate formation and tax matters.

Prepared business evaluation analysis in connection with a business

combination of a North American subsidiary and a Chinese parent

The Haworth Group, through its subsidiaries, is a residential home builder,

(Haworth Homes), and land development and investment firm (Tierra

Investment Company) located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Major

accomplishments:

. Tierra started from a business plan and grew to be one of the

largest residential land development companies in Western Michigan.

Managed acquisition and entitlement process for over 1,700

residential lots in eight communities. Tierra sold finished and

paper lots to Haworth Homes and other merchant builders.

. Created Haworth Homes to build homes in some the company's

operations in Grand Haven, Zeeland, Rockford, Forest Hills and

Grand Rapids, Michigan. Grew home sales from zero to $15 million or

50 units per year.

. Developed a branded customer service and sales strategy which

received some of the highest customer satisfaction responses in the

market.

. Acquired portions of Pulte Homes West Michigan land inventory and

land development operations in 2005 when Pulte left the market.

Hired key Pulte home building personnel consolidated "best

practices" policy and procedures and retrained staff. Integrated

diverse corporate cultures creating the operational infrastructure

to deliver 150 units per year.

. Created strategy that realized operating synergies between diverse

operating systems.

Arnold Palmer Golf Management is one of the largest privately owned golf

course operators and owners in the United States with 35 locations and over

2,000 employees. As Chief Financial Officer, responsibilities included

maintenance and development of investment banking, venture capital,

investor relations and corporate lending relationships. Partnered with

Chief Executive Officer in developing long-term strategic plan and managing

growth in rapidly changing environment. Responsible for overall leadership

company and is the nation's largest owner, developer and operator of

factory outlet centers. Reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer

and Board of Directors with respect to capital markets, acquisitions,

financial reporting, strategic and financial planning and corporate

liquidity. Managed the Corporate Services Division of the company and was

responsible for maintenance and development of all investment banking,

private equity and corporate lending activities and relationships.

Responsible for the direct supervision of six departmental vice presidents

including acquisitions, capital markets / Finance, Accounting and

Information Technology, Investor Relations, Corporate Administration, Human

Resources and Legal departments. Other accomplishments:

. Managed underwriting and successful IPO raising over $200 million

in common equity.
