TWI (India)PVT LTD started the new office in cochin on August 2014, I am looking into all the

functions of the Cochin office since then . After taking the training from the TWI head office at

Chennai I was appointed as the Administrator cum office In charge for the Cochin operations .

Responsibilities:

Office Management : Office Administration :

Directly Purchasing or making the purchase decisions for all the necessary goods for the office

functions, getting it installed, getting serviced etc .

• Sending the updated reports on the functions of the office to the Indian Head office at Chennai

• All admin works namely – maintaining the stationery details, taking quotations for the office

items, and getting the approval from the management, payments and follow ups for the items,

installation of all the requirements for the office .

• Managing the front office functions & keeping track of incoming and out going letters,couriers

etc

• Supervising and deciding on all the housekeeping works, and salary payment for the

housekeeping staff .

Course Administration

• Making all the Arrangements for the course namely – food for the candidates .

• Conducting the Course

• Enrolling the batches in the previous week of every batch in the company software, booking of

the batches after every batch.

• Updating enquires for the courses batch wise in spreadsheet

• Replying to the enquiries : email / telephonic

• Enquiry follow ups : calls & mails

• Candidate registrations and filling the enrollment forms

• Collecting the required documents for the registration

• Co ordinating with the agents for the list of candidates for the batch .

• Giving updates to the candidates and agents regarding the seminar and exam venue and the date

and time of exam .
