Dear potential employer,
My name is Jessica Proctor, I am 31 years old, and have recently relocated to south Florida
November 2014 to get married. I had been practicing in Pensacola, FL as a Gastroenterology Physician
Assistant since March 2009.
I am highly motivated and looking to work with a physician who will teach me everything they
know and who will train me to practice as they would. I am well trained and knowledgeable in various
areas of medicine, looking to do anything from anti-aging healthcare, to weight loss, to preventative
health care with background in dietetics and nutrition, to dermatology, to cosmetics, ENT, to urology,
Allergy, to pediatrics to plastic surgery to wellness to family practice, to gastroenterology, etc. I strive to
be my best self in everything I do, and am constantly learning daily.
Before graduating PA school in 2008 at University of Alabama at Birmingham with surgical and
clinical emphasis, my rotations were in cosmetic surgery, orthopedic surgery, urology, family practice,
pediatrics, allergy, obgyn, spinal surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, but not limited to those specialties. I am
open to countless possibilities.
My passion is dietetics and nutrition with bachelor of health science in dietetics from Florida
State University. I am not just looking for a job, I am looking for an exciting new career!
The words that best describe me are determined, empathetic, compassionate, passionate, genuine,
intuitive, and a team player. My patients, doctors, staff, and people in general, I treat as I would my
family. I would greatly appreciate your consideration for an interview. I know I will exceed expectations
in whatever area of medicine I end up practicing! Attached on page two is my CV. Please feel free to
contact my references. Looking forward to speaking with you!
Sincerely,
Jess
