. Contributed in $69K Lighting Replacement Project. Drafted the project Scope of Work and Request for

Proposal and reviewed received bids. Solidified CapEx approval with return on investment calculations.

. Drafted and executed commissioning of $148K project which included a rooftop AHU install and

replacement of seven interior unit heaters and exterior double doors.

. Planned and organized three team building events for the Engineering, Facilities Services and EHS
