* Accountable for Tank's Inspection of Surface Preparation & Painting

Work's; supervising and carrying out the checks accompanied with pre-

application, application e.g. Surface preparation, climatic conditions,

materials preparation, after application checks, marking areas of defects

and assurance of repair compliance, validity of equipment and materials

storing conditions etc.

* Instrumental in formulating operational strategies by studying

specifications, develop / approve technical procedures according to the

standards and requirements specified, attending the pre-job conference

and the periodical meetings.

* Conducting verification of technical data sheets compliance with the

specification, reviewing & endorsing the reports and check for incoming

paint quality for viscosity, shade matching, volume solids %.

* Undertaking inventory management for raw material, having adequate

inventory of stock and replenishing it based on demand/supply forecasts

Field and Shop Application.

* Supervising and approving pre-job evaluation / after completion final

acceptance tests, generating daily coating and insulation report and

certifying activities like Calibration, Maintenance reports, Materials

validity certificates, Chemical analysis certificates etc.

* Carrying out surveillance on activity during execution of project and

implementing quality assurance system in order to meet QA/QC requirement

of the project.

* Carrying out failure Analysis assessment for old coating systems,

recording and reporting coating failure analysis according to the

standardized report form (Defect size, distribution, pattern, and shape),

advising of a repair system and procedure.

* Coordinating with the material vendors, contractors, service providers

for quick & prompt execution of maintenance job across the unit while,

developing the innovative ways for cost efficiency.

* Playing a key role in minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving

high productivity with optimum utilization of resources; efficiently

managing operations as per demands while, achieving maximum cost savings

without hampering the process.

* Ensuring coating and insulation activities on site are carried out safely
