Chemicals Group’s) as Shift Incharge from 20 Jun 2011 to 7 May 2013.
Advance Group (Advance Surfactants India Ltd.) is a Largest Producer of (Linear Alkyl
Benzene Sulfonic Acid) LABSA-98 %, LABSA-96 %, LABSA-90 %, Sulfuric Acid, LAS (Linear
Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate), Alum, Oleum and other surfactant chemicals. It have many Production
units in India.
Advance Home & Personal Care Ltd. is large producer of surfactant based products like detergent
powder, det. Cake, Dish wash Bar, Floor Cleaner, Dishwash Cleaner, Toilet cleaner & Glass Cleaner
etc. It is a contract manufacturing unit. Our clients are Reliance fresh Ltd. Bharati Retail Ltd, Wall
Mart, Spencers, D-Mart, PZC, V-Mart and Jyoti Laboratories Ltd. etc.
Current Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving production target, Managing the production activities in shift
Overall responsibilities of independently handling Manufacturing & Packing activity,
Manpower planning, Production planning and control in shift.
Plan vs Actual Productivity increament.
To meet SKU wise volume requirement in the shift.
To achieve KPM of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, yield and Cost.
Implementation of Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA in the shift.
Responsible for rejection control, consumable cost control and systems compliance.
Professionally Managing 100 people to achieve the target through training, motivating and
guiding them in systematic manner and to get Quality output.
Planning the production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time
available and labor requirements.
Monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimize
costs.
Ensure plant maintenance and maximise availability and uptime of plant equipment,
Participate in the implementation of new initiatives.
Training enhancement to New Operators in shop floor, Teaching Product Knowledge & 5S.
Application of concepts like productivity, utilization,TPM, OEE, workflows, line balancing

Responsible for achieving Production of E.N.A, R.S, I.S in terms of value & quality.
Responsible for Preventive Maintenance, safe, efficient and timely start-up, operation and
shut down activities.
Vessel charging and chemical transferring, Process monitoring, utility parameter
monitoring.
Responsible in solving technical problems due to Production.
Responsible to check & control the quality of E.N.A, R.S, I.S.
Responsible for daily sensory, palate test, Fermenters build up process & Man power
