Certified Nursing Assistant/ Long Term Care

As a health care professional with ** years experience, I have gained knowledge of direct patient care skills to promote quality care to patients/ residents my duties were as follow: Assist with medication, vital signs, obtain and record daily blood sugar, progress notes, refer with doctors and family members of any changes in residents medication and or condition, rotate and re-position to prevent bedsores, bathe, dress, undress, prepare treatment trays, dressing packs, serve food trays, clean rooms, change linen, obtain and record intake and output, assist residents with ROM excercise, observe and report any changes in residents condition.
