Title: Strip Feeding Mechanism using Pneumatic cylinders.

Description:

Linear indexing of sheet metal is very much required for continuous feeding and press

tool operation. With the help of pneumatics this mechanism can be carried out effectively.

In this project we mainly employ three pneumatic cylinders to carry out the operations.

Gripper cylinder, feeder cylinder and clamping cylinder are used to carry out the operations

in a proper sequence by using Cascading method of signal elimination to avoid signal

overlap which occurs in multi cylinder application.
