Administers all benefit changes to update the employee personal and benefit files for the company. This
includes all benefit auto enrollments and terms and going through each provider to enter employees by their proper
elections. Analyses the benefit billings for accuracy and process the checks for disbursement. Updates new hire
reporting after every pay period to the Texas Workforce Commission and Attorney General, in case of any pending
unemployment claims, bankruptcies, and/or child support garnishments. Receives applications from the dealerships
and coordinates new hire paperwork, drug screens, and background checks. Processes all on the job injuries through
our worker’s compensation carrier, Texas Mutual; and is actively involved in any investigations. Updates and
