● Bacterial Endotoxin test for water, raw materials and finished products by Gel Clot

method.

● Preparation of microbiological media and maintain its consumption and destruction

records.

● Perform growth promotion test for microbiological media

● Culture maintenance (Sub culturing) and culture suspension preparations.

● Routine sampling & analysis of water (raw water, purified water and water for injection)

by microbial limit test.

● Analysis of raw materials and finished products by microbial limit test.

● Bio burden testing of in-process samples.

● Determination of lysate sensitivity.

● Documentation related to microbiology department.
