excellent salesperson, not an "order taker" for all of the major cruise lines to both individuals and
large groups. selling CSA Travel Insurance and making sure clients fully understand their
coverage. Adding air and/or hotel transfers directly with the cruise lines. Processing and
confirming payments, both deposit and final payment using the cruise line's travel agent
websites, working hand in hand with each cruise line in every aspect of my client's reservation.
Sometimes that meant having to manually create and confirm a reservation with the cruise line,
to handling any changes to the booking, such as sailing changes, name changes, price drops, and
