. Lead, manage and coach up to 14 Admissions reps to master their

. Completely restructured the admissions department to increase

productivity. This included an overhaul in the talent on the floor,

new policies and procedures, strict and effective processes, a new

script /call flow, and all of these led to a more conducive and

productive culture and atmosphere.

. Prior to taking over as Director, the team had started only 16

students in the current start date. With my leadership and direction,

we consistently saw an increase in student growth month over month.

In April of 2013 we started 60 students which was a 275% increase

within 6 months.

. For our most recent 7/2014 start, my team of 9 reps started 133
