Raw Project Conception Team Leader - Responsible for moving this project from design/construction through opening and finally to profitability.

Master planning of the opening schedules, budgets, marketing, human resources and financials.

Moved the property from an opening to a sustainable, profitable business in year two of operations.

Restaurant General Manager – El Mirasol at Los Arboles, Palm Springs, California

January 2011 to November 2011

As a Consultant and General Manager from pre-opening through November 2011, I was able to move this project forward from construction to profitability.

Established staff training, POS systems, marketing, financial systems, menus and practices

Delivered well below national averages on F&B costs all while keeping labor on task with the changing needs of this business.

Created, assigned and monitored all Food and Beverage budgets for all property outlets.

Led a culinary team that produced well over one million dollars during year one sales

Directed all aspects of King’s Highway Restaurant, The Amigo Room, The Commune as well as all on and off property catering
